A dangerous and poinous mushroom

this is a very dangerous fungus. it's said that people who eat them will die suddenly a week later. However, a interviewer from the type locality said a old man had eaten them for decades, and all family ate them. After the old man died, it was the 3rd generation who started to die after eating this fungus. Details are that a man who is the old man's relative picked up the fungi and share it with his two newphews who lived apart. A week later, both newphews are died suddenly. Docter analysed their food and made a judgement that the fungus were most possible to cause poisoning. Scientists soon collected 100 kg of fungus and found its extract could make mouse died. 

Up to now, there has been 200 people died in 400 poisoning accident out of them reported. 

Yeah, this is Trogia venenata, the fungus that not cause death at the moments but death god came a week later!
